不眠症　上
不眠症が悪化し、眠る時間が日々減っていく恐怖にさら される老人の物語。 長年連れそった妻が息を引き取り、老人がやもめとして の人生に初めてふみだした朝、病院のラジオからサイモ ンとガーファンクルのスカボロフェアが流れてくる。 キングはしばしば、誰でも知っているような歌を物語の バックに挿入し、エモーションを高めます。 ここでは、そんな明け方の心象風景を描いてみました。

Insomnia (volume 1)
This is a story of elderly man who is frightening about the decreasing sleeping time by aggravation of insomnia.
"Scarborough Fair " of Simon and Gartfunkl is played from the radio at the hospital, in the morning when his mate of many years past away and he starts his widowhood.
King often uses popular songs in the back of his storyand raises the emotion. In this cover, I drew the dawn of this mental image of the widower.
